Osborne Clarke has advised majority owner Majgaard Limited on a significant investment by Horizon Capital in Ciklum Holding Limited.
Ciklum is a leading IT outsourcing and staffing group providing off-shore R&D and software product development services to clients globally from Ukraine, Belarus, Pakistan and Denmark.
Established in 2002, Ciklum employs more than 1,700 IT specialists with more than 150 global clients’ own software development teams.
