05/21/2013– Retail units and old mills converted in Shipley are being snapped up

Centaur and Barclay Property Groups have just invested in 65 apartments in the Victoria Mill, Shipley development. This development consists of three old mills being converted into accommodation and three new blocks. The development consists of 400 apartments, with onsite facilities including gymnasium, spa, restaurant and bar, shop and multi story car park. The Victoria Mills website states the mills have been transformed into an £80m apartment complex of which Centaur Property Group has now invested in.
